How to do Transcendental Meditation step by step for beginners
To learn Transcendental meditation properly, you must visit a center near you. If you feel you cannot afford it, then here is the process step by step.
Step 1 – Make sure you are away from disturbances. Switch off your mobile phones and choose a place where you can sit in peace for twenty to twenty-five minutes continuously.
Step 2 – Sit on the floor comfortably with your eyes closed and hands must be on your lap.
Step 3 – Choose a mantra that suits you. And start repeating it slowly in your mind. Keep repeating and wait till it comes to your mind.
Step 4 – Repeat the mantra without forcing it. Allow it to wander wherever it wants to.
Step 5 – If you feel that you have drifted away, slowly bring everything back to position and start repeating the mantra again.
Step 6 – Continue for twenty minutes and have a reminder or an alarm at the end of the twentieth minute.
Step 7 – Sit in the same position for five more minutes without opening your eyes and then relax.
